Job Description

Planting Seeds for Tomorrow provides one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for students needing additional assistance. We tutor students ranging from Kindergarten to 12th grade, Higher and Technical Education in all subjects and assist with homework, General Education Development (GED), Adult Basic Education (ABE), as well as all standardized testing, such as SAT, ACT, FCAT. We are currently hiring tutors and teachers who have availability from 10:30 AM -. to provide3:30 PM in-person tutoring services in subjects of Advance Math and Spanish. We work with Native Americans on Tribal reservations not only in Florida, but also nationwide. All tutors will be hired on a part-time basis, as independent contractors and non-benefited.

The minimum qualifications are as follow:

-A minimum Bachelor's degree

- Bilingual (Spanish and English)

- Candidate must undergo and pass a Level 1 and Level 2 background checks and Drug screening tests.

- Attend our mandatory training workshop prior to start

- Able to commit to the student(s) assigned the whole academic year(2018-2019)

- Has reliable transportation

- Excellent organization skills

- Ability to communicate clearly with staff, parents. and students
